Mick Anselmo
Mick Anselmo is the current Senior Vice-President and General Manager of CBS Radio, Minneapolis and former Minneapolis Market President of Clear Channel Radio.  
Mark Rosen
Homegrown talent, charisma, and boundless enthusiasm as a sports announcer, director, anchor, host, and now, author, have made Mark Rosen a vital part of the Minnesota family for more than 40 years.
   


Dick Bremer

Dick Bremer has been the Television Voice of the Minnesota Twins for 30 seasons. He has also been the voice of University of Minnesota basketball, football, and hockey during the past 20 years.
 
Jack Thayer
Jack Thayer

From WLOL to WTCN to WDGY to President of NBC Radi0, Jack Thayer was one of the most influential forces in the history of Twin Cities Radio and Television. Jack passed away January 1, 1995 at the age of 72.
   


Robert Johnson

Owner and operator of KRBI AM/FM in St. Peter, Minnesota, for 46 years, Bob Johnson personifies the dedicated Greater Minnesota broadcaster. During his 54 years in radio he did more than 2,300 live, play-by-play high school and college sporting events.
 
Clifford J. Thomforde
Clifford J. Thomforde

The 2013 Distinguished Service Award is given posthumously to consulting engineer, C. J. Thomforde, whose patience, skill, and charity kept many rural Minnesota radio stations on the air. Cliff passed away March 21, 2010, at age 92.
   


Kim Jeffries Ketola

Many of you knew her as Kim Jeffries, whose 30-year career as a Minnesota broadcaster and pioneer in faith and community service has been an inspiration to all who have ever listened to her. 
 

Barry ZeVan

Barry ZeVan arrived at KSTP-TV in 1970 and became immediately popular for his energetic and engaging style. Although he continues to be a fixture on local media, he will always be remembered here in the Twin Cities as the "Peek-a-Boo" Weatherman.
   

Eleanor Mondale Poling

A Minnesota original whose 24-year broadcasting career included jobs in virtually every major U.S. market before coming home to stay, in 2006, at WCCO Radio. Eleanor Mondale Poling passed away September 17, 2011, at the age of 51.  


 

These nine men and women who have meant so much to Minnesota broadcasting were inducted into the Minnesota Broadcasting Hall of Fame on Sunday, September 29, 2013.
